My lifestyle is "Octopus" - with my tentacles I strive in different creative directions (dance, improv theater, painting, poetry, and rap) and connect them in a common center (CREATIVITY)!
In the classes, we will explore the possibilities of the body and imagination through movement improvisation and dance theater.🤸
The activity is suitable for adults and children!
The class includes a series of creative movement tasks and dance games.
For example: expressing the elements of nature, playing animals, creatures, imaginary places and objects, group improvisation.
Together we create a dance story and develop creativity!
