OUT OF THE BLUE | joint work of Choreography by SINE QUA NON ART

🌊OUT OF THE BLUE is a project that explores the diasporic cultural identities of different individuals based on their relationship with the water, the sea and the colour blue.

🌊OUT OF THE BLUE is a creative project by In Situ that presents a collection of performance portraits choreographed by Christophe Béranger and Jonathan Pranlas-Descours. The portraits are developed in close collaboration with the participating artists, based on their personal stories and experiences. The format of OUT OF THE BLUE depends entirely on the context, the architecture of the venue and the identities of the local collaborators, making it unique and different every time. The choreographic approach focuses on intimacy with the audience in a compelling and unifying performance.

The format has already been shown in 6 different countries and comes to Bulgaria for the first time. The choreographers will work with Bulgarian dancers in the first days of May and will present their mutual work - OUT OF THE BLUE #SOFIA on the stage of Topocentrala on the 5th of May.
