In this course, we learn the wisdom of the Enneagram through self-inquiry, dance and somatic movement, creative writing, drawing and spoken word. The Enneagram is an ancient system of personality types, a powerful tool for self-discovery and psychological and spiritual growth. Nine personality types are based on how the authentic self builds psychological coping and defense mechanisms to interact with the world. Personalities, as habitual ways of being, get established quite early in life and become fixated ways of living. Studying the Enneagram gives us the possibility of escaping our personality prisons, to expand our potential ways of being and relating with others and life. We understand our natural strengths as well as our directions for growth. Understanding our own personality structure can change the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Understanding conflict styles of personalities can heal and transform relationships. Through liberating ourselves from limited ways of being in the world, we bring more ease, inner peace, self-acceptance and compassion to our lives.
This course is for anyone who wants to develop more self-awareness, understanding of others, and a path to self-growth.
We will explore:
- 9 Enneagram personality types
- Habitual patterns of body-mind awareness
- Conflict styles and relationships
- Identifying and cultivating strengths of types
- Identifying fears that limit you
- Choices that expand freedom
This class is a fully active, embodied self-inquiry journey! Our patterns of self are mind-body systems that can be transformed! We will study the enneagram system and use movement therapy, mindfulness, creative writing and drawing, dance and psychodrama to investigate our habitual approach to living and cultivate new ways of being.

Module 2: Gut Types: The Challenger, The Peacemaker, The Judge

- Passions and “soul child”
- Conflict styles
- Directions of stress and disintegration
- Directions of expansion and growth
- Energetic habits of mind-body
Module 3: Heart Types: The Helper, The Achiever, The Individualist
December 11, December 12: 18:00-20:30
We study details of these personality types:
- Fears and motivations
- Passions and “soul child”
- Conflict styles
- Directions of stress and disintegration
- Directions of expansion and growth
- Energetic habits of mind-body
Module 4: Head Types: The Investigator, The Loyalist, The Enthusiast
December 17, December 18: 18:00-20:30
We study details of these personality types:
- Fears and motivations
- Passions and “soul child”
- Conflict styles
- Directions of stress and disintegration
- Directions of expansion and growth
- Energetic habits of mind-body
Class size:
Maximum capacity 25 per class
Cost:
Participants can choose which classes they would like to participate in. It is recommended to try to attend both modules, but not necessary. (Link to the other module). Tickets will be sold according to number of sessions you sign up for:
1-2 days: 60 lev per class
3-5 days: 50 lev per class
6-8 days: 40 lev per class
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move well, many warm layers, warm socks, blanket or yoga mat, notebook and any writing and drawing implements that you will like to use.
