Toplocentrala's primary mission is to provide opportunities for various contemporary forms of education and international interaction. One way of doing this is by engaging each visiting international artist in a working creative process with Bulgarian artists in the form of master classes, workshops, co-developing and staging a work, etc. 

The long-term result is the establishment of a calendar of regular initiatives and programs providing rich opportunities for further training and acquisition of new skills by individual artists or companies, as well as increasing exchange and connectivity with contemporary global and European practices and trends in the performing arts.
