CCA Toplocentrala is an interdisciplinary dialogue center, a laboratory that creates and presents performative as well as visual and musicall arts. It builds a context for exchange between the local and the international scene through workshops, residencies and co-productions.
The Centre has the following multifunctional spaces:
The Big hall has an area of 360 m2, dimensions of 20.70m / 16.40m and a height of 5.55m
The multi-purpose hall is suitable for dance performances, theatrical performances, parties, concerts, screenings, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and provides opportunities for different stage and audience organization. The hall is equipped with a telescopic grandstand for 241 seated spectators, there are also accessible seats for disabled spectators.

The Black box (or chamber hall) has an area of 154 m2, dimensions of 13,60m/11,55m and height 5,00m.
It is designed mainly for theatre and dance performances for the independent art scene. It has mobile retractable grandstands with 69 seats and accessible seating for disabled spectators.

Cube Gallery – Toplocentrala has a representative role within CCA Toplocentrala and offers an annual programme of exhibitions and events prepared by the Visual Arts and Culture Department.
The gallery presents artists, creative groups, and curatorial and research projects that develop the artistic language of contemporary visual art, know the current international processes and themes and contribute ideologically, critically and meaningfully to them. As a public institution, Cube Gallery – Toplocentrala strives to give a platform to projects that have bold creative ideas, rich content, clear visual language, provoke critical insight, and have cultural, social and/or educational added value.
The MAIN DIRECTIONS of the gallery's programme are: (1) the contemporary view of historical processes, artists and cultural phenomena, which contributes to their rethinking and/or inclusion in historical and cultural narratives; (2) international artists whose work has an impact on contemporary art and the wider cultural environment; (3) individual and/or group, original and/or curatorial projects on current topics, problems, artistic directions, contemporary concepts and creative language with a focus on the work of artists who are at a mature stage of their creative development; (4) interdisciplinary artists and projects, with priority in the field of contemporary dance, which find their realisation in the field and language of visual art; (5) conceptual and/or research projects in the field of contemporary design and architecture.
The planning of the PROGRAMME of Cube Gallery – Toplocentrala is carried out for a year or two ahead in time. Cube Gallery – Toplocentrala cannot be rented for exhibitions.

The Cube is 105 m2 in size and measures 9.10/11.30m and 5.00m high.
The hall is suitable for exhibitions, visual, video, and digital art. No fixed seating is provided but chairs can be arranged if required.
Working hours: Tuesday - Friday from 14:00 to 20:00 and Saturday - Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00.
Cube Gallery – Toplocentrala is accessible free of charge.
The studio is 62 m2 in size and measures 5.30 / 11.75m and 3.40m high.
The room has a multi-purpose profile and is intended for discussions, debates, rehearsals, readings, games, yoga and meditation practices, small creative workshops, etc.
Hourly fee*: 85 BGN / 43,46 EUR (VAT included)

The bar-stage has an area of 120 m2 with a capacity for 40 seated guests or 100 standing.
The space is suitable for concerts, jam sessions, stand-up comedy, improvisational theatre, literary readings, book launches, video and music album premieres, etc.
Bar working hours: Monday - Sunday from 17:00 to 24:00

Please send all inquiries regarding additional information or event organization to info@toplocentrala.bg. Requests for events should be filed at least a month prior to the preferred date for the event. Organizing events outside the regular working hours of the bar is possible but depends on the availably of the space and the team.

The Terrace Bar has an area of 420 m2 and the capacity to accommodate up to 600 people.
It is suitable for summer cinema screenings, music events, dance conventions (salsa, tango, african dances, etc.), weddings, contemporary circus, outdoor educational activities for children, etc.

The outdoor theatre has an area of 140 m2 with a seating capacity for 80 people.
It is suitable for concerts, openings, cocktails, contemporary circus, small guest theatre and dance performances, storytelling events, etc.
