This beginner’s workshop introduces the fundamental principles of whirling, covering the physical, mental, and emotional dimensions of this dynamic art form. Participants will dive into the core techniques, including:

• The Equation: Understanding the dynamics and principles of whirling.

• Steering the Wheels: Transforming by observing physical, emotional, and cognitive changes.

• Body Analysis: Remembering the forgotten body through control, balance, and awareness.
