PREMIERE I Synchronia – Dance Suite for Present, Future and Past

"Synchronia" presents a contemporary suite that unites dance and music in three connected parts exploring the perception of time. Starting from the cyclical form of the suite, the performance combines live-interpreted cello suites and minuets by J. S. Bach with original music, electronic sound textures and percussion instruments.

"Synchronia" connects the idea of ​​synchronization between the three timelines in a person – present, future and past, transformed through specially created choreographies and setting a dance presence through "instant composition" and "tutting" (a kinetic style in hip-hop).

Dance and music – presented as three different lines in time with different atmospheres and speeds – seeking balance between each other and moving from the comic conflict between differences in an attempt to find new perspectives, in which a new form of polyphony is born.
