ORLANDO TRIP is a cinematic music show about the mythical character Orlando. And a tribute to the great European minds Lodovico Ariosto and Virginia Woolf. Orlando, a knight, traveler and ambassador, crosses the seas several times and finally returns as a masterful and nomadic conqueror of rigid borders. His/her story is performed in 12 songs, intermezzi and videos.

ORLANDO TRIP is simultaneously a spoken performance, a concert and a rush of images. Fox On Ice creates the suggestion of an effortless transition between stage and film, humans and landscape, man and woman. It offers an international audience sensual access to a European myth about fluidity and the feminine art of transformation. A (Mediterranean) sea story -a triumph of the unconscious and fluidity -that will delight cineastes, music lovers and literature enthusiasts alike.

ORLANDO TRIP has been invited at international theatres and festivals in Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Israel, Sri Lanka and Austria.

Anna Luca Poloni (aka Anna L. Krassnigg) is a performer, writer and theatre maker. Numerous productions for Staatstheater Braunschweig, Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen, Schauspiel Dortmund, Theaterhaus Gessner Allee Zurich, Grand Théâtre Luxemburg, Schauspielhaus Wien, Theater in der Josefstadt, Festspiele Reichenau, Wiener Festwochen, among others. Developed numerous inter-creative events in the field of performing arts. University professor for directing at the Max Reinhardt Seminar Vienna. Founder and artistic director of wortwiege.

Christian Maïr is a composer, musician, visual-artist, theatre and film producer.
